Each day he sells fresh quality baked goods in his bakery, supplying among other things many renowned events in Rostock.
After vocational training as an automobile mechanic and completion of military service, Michael Sparre (Wolfgang's elder son) finishes his education as a baker in his father's bakery. While pursuing his career activities as baker and pastry chef, Michael Sparre also earns his qualification as Master Baker. Michael Sparre purchases a bakery/pastry shop on Laurembergstraße, Rostock. In addition to selling in the bakery and pastry shop "Michael Sparre", he also supplies freshly baked goods to several department stores and a specialty baked goods wholesaler on Kröpeliner Straße.
The first external sales location of the bakery "Michael Sparre" opens at the Rostock main train station (track 8). Additional branches open, for example at "Bei der Tweel" and "Glatten Aal", among others.
At the same time, the "Wolfgang Sparre" bakery also opens several branches in Rostock, including in Doberaner Hof.Thomas Sparre, the younger son, has followed a career path similar to his brother Michael's. After completing both his training as an automobile mechanic and his military service, Thomas also became a baker. In 1985 Thomas also achieved the rank of Master Baker and worked as a Master in his father's bakery.
