Trainee Specialty Sales Staff for the Foodstuffs Trades (Bakery)

This demanding training program lasts three years and takes place as a dual training program. The theoretical portion is taught by the Vocational School for Services and Trades in Rostock. The practical portion takes place at our bakeries and at our trainee branches (Doberaner Hof and Kröpeliner Straße).

Requirements:

Primary Education (Erweiterte Hauptschulabschluss or Realschulabschluss)
Friendly attitude/openness and good interpersonal skills
Reliability and team skills
Mathematical aptitude

Duties:

Effective presentation and sales of baked goods
Assisting customers
Taking customer orders
Compliance with sanitary regulations
Accounting, cashiering

Training as Pastry Chef

This demanding three-year pastry chef training program takes place as a dual program. The theoretical portion is taught at the Vocational Academy in Pasewalk. You will complete the practical portion in our pastry shops.

Duties:

Creating cakes and fine baked goods

Requirements:

Completed vocational training as pastry chef or several years appropriate professional experience with confections
Good manual skills
Artistic sensibility
